Shipping policy
Shipping is available to Indonesia, Asia, Europe, Oceania, and Americas. Standard shipping times are Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm WIB.
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. All orders are shipped from our studio in Bandung, Indonesia. All shipping rates are flat based on each region.

Please note that any additional customs fees, tariffs, or taxes are not covered by our shipping charges and must be paid by the customer.
Processing Shipping Times
Please allow up to 1 day for your package to be delivered to the courier services.
Indonesia Region:
Shipment sent via JNE (Approx. delivery 3-5 days)
International Region:
Shipment sent via EMS (Approx. delivery 3-8 days)
International shipments may take up to 1–2 weeks to arrive and may be subject to additional taxes and duties. The total cost to the consumer does not include any additional taxes, tariffs, or charges for customs clearance. Unfortunately, we are not liable for any unanticipated delays or additional charges incurred by foreign shipments.
Lost and Damaged Shipment
Customers must provide a correct delivery address and accurately enter all shipping information. Due to inaccurate mailing addresses, abandoned, lost, or stolen packages, we are unable to refund or replace orders. Once delivery confirmation is received, we will no longer be responsible for lost packages. Tokotype is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during shipping; any claims must be submitted with the respective courier.
